Paws Off Terms and Conditions

Orders and pricing

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when ordering. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Applicable delivery charges and taxes are shown at checkout. Product availability and prices may change before you place an order. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply.

Product information

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. This does not limit your rights if goods do not match their description.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy explain delivery options and return conditions. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Contact us about order changes or cancellations as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after dispatch. This does not limit any cancellation or other rights you have under applicable law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and handled when you use our store.

Relationship with Shopify

Paws Off is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the online store services to you. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Paws Off. Shopify is not a party to transactions between you and Paws Off. Questions about products, orders and returns should be directed to Paws Off at the email address above.

Acceptable use

You must not use this store for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation, or infringe the rights of others.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
